Consultancy

First find out whether it pays off.

We look at your business with you and say where 3D printing wins time or money, and where it is not the answer. Without you having to buy anything first.

Plenty of companies know 3D printing exists but not where it fits their own work. We look at what you make and where it runs rough, and then say where printing helps and where it does not. That last part matters: sometimes a machined or bought part is simply the better choice, and we will say so.

Prototypes are only part of it. Just as often the gain sits inside your own production: a custom aid, a fixture, a guide, a holder that puts a part in the same place every time. Small pieces of tooling that shorten a step, or that spare your people's backs and wrists.

What we do

Advice you can use without us.

Technique and material

Which technique suits your application, and the pros and cons of the possible materials. In plain language, limits included, so you can decide for yourself.

Buying advice with nothing to sell

Considering a printer of your own? We do not sell them, so the advice is about your case: which type of machine, which supplier, and what it will ask of you in upkeep and know-how.

Explaining it to your own people

An introduction at your site to printing techniques, materials and designing for print. Do not expect a course that turns someone into a designer, because that takes months of practice. What it does do: show your people where the limits are and why a part breaks.

Typical work: a walk through your production with a list of what can be printed, a second opinion on a quote you received elsewhere, a design that will not work and needs a look, or half a day of explanation for a technical team.

What we need to start: where things get stuck, and what you do today to work around it. Photographs of the workplace help more than a list of wishes.

Curious whether it pays off for you?

Tell us through the contact form where things are not running smoothly, and we will tell you whether printing is the answer. Photos of the workplace can go straight to info@nworks3d.be.
