Our work starts with fibre-reinforced printing in engineering materials and extends to reverse engineering and 3D scanning. What falls outside our own production, we cover through a partner network. One point of contact for the whole job.
The core of our work. Carbon and glass fibre are the normal way of working here: fibre makes a part stiffer and more dimensionally stable, and it reduces sag under a constant load. Made on printers we build ourselves, with reinforced nozzles, for parts that must handle heat, chemicals and mechanical load.
Printed in PPS-GF.
When a part does not fit the print bed in one piece, we print it in sections and bond it into one whole. The seam is finished until it is barely visible.
Two identical printed enclosures side by side: left with the glue seam still visible, right after the seam has been finished away.
Sometimes the gain sits in a small piece of tooling. For installing internet and TV equipment we drew a jig with a built-in spirit level: marking out, levelling and setting the hole positions in one movement, at the same dimensions every time. From idea to design to series. You tell us where it keeps going wrong or taking too long, we draw the fixture and print the batch.
Printed in ASA, purple.
Replacement parts on demand, including for machines where the original is no longer available. If you have the part or a drawing, we reproduce it and deliver it ready for use in a material that fits the application.

No drawing? We digitize your part with a 3D scan and rebuild it as a working model. Copying it flat is not always the best route: a part that failed usually failed for a reason. Where it is allowed, we look straight away at whether it can be better, by reinforcing that weak point or choosing a material that suits the application better. Then we reproduce it, ready to use. If you also want the file, that is possible on request, as a separate option.

The grey parts are printed in PA6-GF.
Start your request →What our own machines cannot make runs through a fixed partner network: SLA, SLS, metal or heavier machining. You keep one point of contact and we safeguard quality across the whole job, from first question to delivered part.
Not every part disappears inside a machine. Props, set pieces, window and trade fair models, demo builds and enclosures get looked at closely and handled, often at a size that will not fit on one build plate. That asks for something else: building it up in sections without losing dimensions, bonding it into one piece, and working the surface until the seams are all but gone. We use ASA for this, a material that can be filled with its own solvent and then sanded smooth. For film, television, events and trade fairs that means a piece which survives a close-up and a full shooting day or fair week. The head below is printed at life size in ASA, and work from this workshop now stands in Las Vegas. More on props, set pieces and fair builds.

Before you have anything made or buy a printer of your own: we look at where 3D printing wins you time or money, which technique and material fit, and what it will ask of you in upkeep and know-how. Explaining it to your own people is part of it. More on consultancy and explanation.
A larger run is printed in parallel on several printers. That keeps the lead time in proportion, and if one machine goes down, the others keep running. The same inspection from the first piece to the last.
You send your 3D file, or your part or drawing. You can also start without a file.
You see your price right away in the quote tool. We then check that your part prints well: usually within 24 hours, 48 hours at the latest, excluding weekends and public holidays. Production only starts once you pay or confirm the quote.
After your approval the part goes into production, in the material that fits the application.
We check dimensions and finish.

SLA, SLS and CNC run through a separate partner network. More information.
